Style and Approach
Fly on the Wall Footage
Rather than viewing the on-set footage as purely B-roll, we prefer to place an emphasis on capturing the story as it unfolds in front of the camera.
Through hearing creative decisions being made on set, as well as visually constructing a scene, we aim to tell an engaging story through the on set footage, even before interviews are added.
A Subtle Profile
Being invisible is an important part of capturing Behind the Scenes content. We’ve worked hard to find an approach that gives us the ability to capture meaningful footage, without interfering with the production itself.
We appreciate the moments where we are able to build relationships with the crew, but also know when to capture things from a distance.
In-Depth Content
As fans of Behind the Scenes content, we really enjoy watching insightful documentaries that get into the details of the creative process.
Throughout the filming, interview, and editing processes, our team diligently strives to showcase the development of specific scenes and capture the most captivating insights from the cast and crew.
A Collaborative Process
When progressing through the editing process, we appreciate the feedback offered by stakeholders in the project.
Different viewpoints can have a big part in making sure that an edit is refined to the best story possible.
Finding the right approach
We don’t believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach for a Behind the Scenes Documentary. There are many factors that contribute to identifying the most compelling stories a film has to offer.
Our approach involves looking at each film individually to find the most interesting stories and insights, as well as exploring different formats of presentation to offer audiences the most engaging experience.
